Terms of Use The user agrees not to violate Portals Company's training page and its contents, services, alter its programming, or exploit it in any other way. The user agrees not to transfer, publish, display, store, transmit, redirect, or provide access to any content while using the training page's services and content. This act is considered illegal, harmful, abusive, or an intrusion into others' privacy. Portals Training Page reserves the right to remove any of these materials from the platform without prior notice. In cases where the user violates any of the above provisions, their account may be permanently or temporarily suspended, and they may be denied access to the training page's services or content. The user is not allowed to use the training page's services for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose. Refunds and Invoices Course fees are listed with each course, and the company reserves the right to modify course fees unless the course fees have been confirmed in writing or paid before the modification date. The due fees must be paid to the company's account within the specified period. The company reserves the right to refuse access to the training course and to refrain from providing its services if payments are not received on time. The user must maintain the confidentiality of the payment information entered, and the training page is not responsible for any harm. Certificates will be sent within 48-72 hours from the course end date, provided that attendance conditions of at least 80% of the training course are met and full fees are paid. Cancellation of Attendance To cancel attendance, the user must send an official email to [email] with the subject "Cancellation of Course Attendance [Course Name]" and specify the reasons, attaching any necessary evidence if available. If a complete attendance cancellation is requested and you are unable to transfer your reservation to another date or an alternative training course, considering the fees during the cancellation period, the following policy will apply: - If the user requests attendance cancellation more than 7 working days before the training start date, the fees will be fully refunded. - If the user requests attendance cancellation 4-6 working days before the training start date, only 50% of the fees will be refunded. - If the user requests attendance cancellation 3 working days or less before the training start date, the fees are non-refundable. These terms and conditions apply from the moment of registration and payment of the due fees. Failure to attend any scheduled training course without prior notice will result in the application of the cancellation policy mentioned above. Refund of Paid Amounts When the company issues a refund order for the amounts paid by the user, the process may take up to 14-20 working days. The amounts will be refunded using the same payment method used for the payment. Credit card charges and bank transfer fees are non-refundable.
